Yeah I know and that's the reason I suggested all team members should pick same colony type so trading isn't possible and other colony types have to be researched.

Is the map FQM or standard?

Re: The Battle of the Baltics
This is not my game so my input is really unimportant. I really like the Deeply Religious trait beyond the talisman itself, and much like the max aggressiveness/defensive/bezerker design, I think it gets over-used and limits planning and thinking that can make the game much more enjoyable.
I suggest you limit each team to one religious player. With a 5-on-5 match, the religious trait becomes useful but not overly dominant in the game. Chances are many religious ships will be focused near each team's respective player, but there will be too many places for it to entirely dominate. The religious player will probably supply talisman ships so that each player will have some, so they become part of the strategic game but not the only part. It would make the game much more interesting.
I gather this was a no intel game? That would prevent each side from merely focusing on the other team's religious player.

Re: The Battle of the Baltics
Hi there,
I have promised to play in Finnish team, but I need to say that I have played TOO many religious games. I hate the situation that I need to take religious cause my opponents takes it too... So I will vote NO for religious.
I will vote YES for intelligence.
Everything else is fine with me.
Cheers

Re: The Battle of the Baltics
This is getting to the point of LT for religious and FIN against. We will rediscuss this issue and maybe decide to leave the talisman out. Everything else should be left as stock game settings.
I am not aware of the issues about the storm creators so some info would be helpful.
Choosing same atmosphere is not our point as the game should be team-based so trading is frequent and management of colonies is also team-based (organization is more important than speed).

Re: The Battle of the Baltics
Can somebody post what kind of game conditions we have so far. It's much easier to figure this out after that. I will also say that Ancient race should be Banned (if we are talking about team playing) and how about if we can allow only 1 of kind special trait / team. F.e you can have 1 religious player one organic and so on... If you like?

Re: The Battle of the Baltics
Nah, whats the point of the team if they cant even coordinate their research because of different advanced traits?
known conditions:
storm creators: Banned
talismans: i think it will be Banned
3k racial points: i think most of players would like to have 3k racial points
acient: dont know, i think it will be Banned
same atmosphere tipe: lithuanian team doesnt agree with it.

If you use "repeat orders" when creating storms you can create up to 250 storms in one turn. Since storm creators are cheap it's easy to create hundreds of storms over each of your planet and sun. You can imagine the game will Last long then. This will be fixed in upcoming patch.
