Re: Frashkart : LA MP (running)
No trouble, figured you meant me.
so about the map: if anyone can see a region they know more about the names of then I do, send me a PM with some better names and I will get a version 1.2 ready. If we get it good enough I will post it on the original thread. If anyone is from West Africa or Siberia, by any chance, that would be amazing. :P
Edit: I'm also unhappy with the northern region of Australia, and "northern Australia" isn't thematic enough...

Re: Frashkart : LA MP (running)
Uluru Kata Tjuta is the name of a national park in the Northern Territory. Unfortunately, there is no indiginous name that refers to the entire region.
Marege was a name used by Macassan traders and fishermen for the Northern Coast.
Rennaisance cartographers refer to the hypothetical La Grande Jave, believed to be the northern extension of Terra Australis.
Hope this gives you some ideas

Re: Frashkart : LA MP (running)
Thanks for the info, I think I'll go with Marege. I named the southern province Ularu, which stretches a bit into the central desert.
Also, I stale one turn, and that's the turn I get jumped?! Now its going to take me forever to crush your pathetic elephants

Re: Frashkart : LA MP (running)
Seems I missed a connection in the Australia area. My apologies for that...
Also, is there any chance I can ask for an extension for the weekend, it looks like I will be heading for the countryside without internet until probably Sunday night. Sorry that I seem to be the weakest link when it comes to getting my turn in in this game

Re: Frashkart : LA MP (running)
Sure. It's probably about time for the game to be extended in any event.
I'll set turn length to 60 hours, then reign it in at player's discretion.

I would like to see some hours subtracted from those 60 h.
Opinions from the other players?

Re: Frashkart : LA MP (running)
Hey guys.
There's no such guy as 'Brock' on these forums, and I cant see 'Tigerblood' amongst players. How can I contact our Patala?

Re: Frashkart : LA MP (running)
Brock opted out of this game once he heard mods were involved, so I went with Patala instead. Sorry for not updating the main post. He may be willing to sub if required. He does not have an active account on this forum.
If Mictlan wishes to discuss an NAP, compensation or war, feel free to message me. Patala plans on retaining the buffer zone around it's capital, however.

Re: Frashkart : LA MP (running)
Once the current issues with the game server have been resolved, I'll dial back the clock. Does 40 hours sound more reasonable? If not, give me a number and I'll make the change.
