If you don't add a post to the appropriate Mod Archives thread, no-one is ever going to download your file after the thread in which you announced that you've uploaded something ceases to be an Active Topic.

Capnq... what I said to do was go to the mods/scenarios section, hit add new topic/add reply, then click on the Upload File form. Then, upload the file, and copy the URL. Then, come back here and paste the URL of the file in the post here. The only point of going to the mods section at all is so that you can upload the file. A post in there is 100% unnecessary.
