I disagree. This game, and more importantly the various companies that make money off it, each in their own little way, want to reach as many people as possible, including those five, or so, billion people outside the U.S., the British Isles, Canadia, Oz, and various other English-speaking places.
In addition to that run-on sentance (or was it?) I offer that I don't mind conversations that go on that I can't understand.

Nope, radiation therapy for thyroid malignancies has for what I know not been affected in any way by the chernobyl accident.
That treatment is old and well used before chernobyl.

Do what I do...Babelfish! If you really want to know what people say in other Languages here just translate it. It may not be 100% accurate but it gets the main point across and you can figure out what they meant.
