Default File uploading is broken !
I tried to upload files, but "new scenario/Mod forum" has "File Uploading is not allowed"

Several others have noticed it too. Someone on the Design Name Anthology thread said they reported it to Shrapnel.

Is this a case of people only seeing what they want to see, or did it just pop up lately?

I know I went there a few days ago and didn't notice it
