Apparently this is the case every year. Since most of us don't know people from other countries except in the forums it's probably never come up in conversation before. Guess we'll have to file this with the other little frustrating quirks like why we have different definitions for "Billion".

And just to make things even more confusing when we do change our clocks over here only parts of the country will. (ie not is Saskatchewan and Arizona)

Did your Windows automatically move your clock forward for you? Hmm, maybe if I change the regional settings in the control panel, it will move the clock at a different date?
That's how I always know when to move the clock: the computer tells me.

Yes, Winbugs is aware of this. One of the few things that "work correctly" plus our secretary always warns me to schedule conference calls with US colleagues accordingly in this week.
