Re: Puntherraian 2.0 is here!
Very nice, kinda panther/hunter fierce lookin' but unsuspecting at the same time, like you see them coming at you and your like "aww thats nothing" but 5 minutes later your sucking vacume, the black box of your ship telling others to "ph33r the purple ships".

Damn, very nice set!
So, are the hulls made of crushed velvet? If so, what's the drycleaning bill like?

very nice set, though i'd say some variation would be welcome, but then again i always say that and not many care so hey, a nice set out there! and it shows you put some time or at least effort (isnt that the same in the end?) into it.

Gryphin, Thanks! I think.

Thank You, Sir!

I counted 11 images in your ++ standard - is that right?

Yes, I that is a big 10/4.
rags, Thanks! Taken in a good way.

I look forward to other sets put out by you. Should you choose to do so.

I have some things in the works!
Fyron,

Was it your intent to make the ships look kind of organicy with that base hull texture?

Not actually. The ships are biological, but not organic. Although, in a broad sence, I guess you could say they are organic. The race is crystaline/humanoid. I suppose you could use the race as organic, though! I do have a shipset in the works that is organic.

Thank You! Your description of the ships and race, is very accurate. There were at one time fierce warriors. Mercenaries more precisely.
Katchoo, Thank You, very much!

Very close. The hulls have a fur type covering. Fortunately, the hulls are self cleaning!

I was 'very' tempted to add varity to the shipset. However, it didn't fit with the race. The next shipset will be extremly varied. Thanks, for the complement. Yes, there is a lot of effort in the shipset!

I did not say Organic Manipulation racial trait, I said organic ships. Organic ships are bioligical ships. Tom"ae"toes, tom"ah"toes.
As they are organic/biogical ships, would you object to their inclusion in Adamant Mod as an Organic Race?

mlmbd,
I'm not sure but possible Fyron saw them the same as Pooh Star. ie as "bugs" or similar.

Re: Puntherraian 2.0 is here!
Good work mlmbd, i have to put myself out on the fence here and disagree with everyone (oh god am i getting into an argument with fyron? )
I think the shipset looks more millitaristic (sp?) and aggressive than anything. They seem more like a mechanical race from my point of view! But it's a great piece of work, congratulations mlmbd

Re: Puntherraian 2.0 is here!
Organic and militaristic have no correlation; they are neither mutually exclusive nor inclusive.

Organic and bugs are not mutually inclusive. Most organic sets have nothing to do with bugs. This one has nothing to do with bugs (at least in my eyes).

Re: Puntherraian 2.0 is here!
yea dont look at my Taerans, i BUILT them around organic technology even before SEIV was out
Also, ORGANIC ships have nothing to do with ORGANIC MANIPULATIONS. its so easy to grow a ship and install a WMG there...

Re: Puntherraian 2.0 is here!
First, This patch is for the "Puntherraian Shipset". It replaces all the mini's. I rescaled all the mini's. Just d/l this file. Unzip it into the Puntherraian folder. Just delete the overwrites.
Puntherraian mini's
