Turn Blitz #2 has been created at PBW (link)!

This has the same theme as TB#1, where you and a TDM AI will join forces to take over the galaxy in under a month of play!

Reccommendations and Suggestions from TB#1
- Prioritize! Decide which ministers you will clean up after, and which area of your empire needs attention each turn. You will not have time to do everything.
- Be friends with your AI! Choose one that thinks as close to the way you do as possible. You don't want to waste your precious time countermanding every order the AI gives each turn.
- Queue things up! Build up the research queue, the intel queue and the construction queues. If you keep them reasonably full, you will have much fewer empty queues to deal with each turn.
- Don't worry about alliances. Your political minister has an iron fist, and will veto any treaties that it dosen't like. Be careful if you are in first place, since Mega Evil Empire settings will be strictly enforced by all of the other player's ministers.
- Watch out for small empires, since they will be much more efficiently run by the Human player (who will have time to optimize details).

Requirements of Joining
- Sufficient knowlegde of PBW so that you can confidently download new turns, and upload your player files. You will have only an hour to play each turn, so getting it right the first time is fairly important.
- Experience with SE4's interface and basic menus. As above, you only have an hour, so you won't be able to look things up in the user manual or Online.
