nah. it makes you feeble but given to a decent fighter you can pretty much ignore that. Pair it with an amulet of antimagic if you're so worried, along with some reinvigoration stuff (probably boots of the messenger or callius the druid)

This is painful to read. never do that. ever. give it to something worthwhile that can kill stuff. like a tartarian clops or a wendigo/grendlekin. sure it will be insane sometimes, but you can get a ton of benefit out of it in the meantime
