Re: Mother of serpents and tarts
In Bootcamp I lost my prophet (A skrattir) in werewolf form, before the mind control he had w2nb2h3, which was wbh2 in werewolf form.
After mind control and GoR, I think he lost his paths. All of them. Not the prophet status.
I the cause of this is the lack of paths on werewolf. http://dom3.servegame.com/wiki/Jotun..._%28Skratti%29

Re: Mother of serpents and tarts
The "prophets" you get from LA R insanity aren't actually prophets. Still, a bunch of H3 priests can be fairly useful.

Prophets spread dominion automatically.

These don't?
Just the bless, dom boosts, and priestliness?

Re: Mother of serpents and tarts
No, I think they do (spread dominion automatically) as well, actually. Though I'm not 100% sure.

Re: Mother of serpents and tarts
Testing I did at some point (maybe a year or so ago) showed that enemy prophets that got enslaved and then GoR-ed, spread dominion for their original nation. It also seems to prevent the original nation declaring a new prophet. (which makes sense if the old prophet is still alive and spreading dom). I have no idea if this changed in a patch at some point, but I haven't seen any patch notes indicating it has. Easy enough for anyone to test though if someone is really that interested.
I have no idea about R'yleh prophets that occur from the insanity though. (R'yleh has enough fangirls that I'm sure someone has tested it and knows the answer by now)

Re: Mother of serpents and tarts
AFAIK they function just like regular prophets and should also prevent a new one from being proclaimed. The prophet attribute is what causes the prophet icon to appear and it also includes the dominion spread.
