I'm not saying that it was unclear or complicated, Edi. It either works or it doesn't-that part's pretty obvious. I'm saying that it's strange that other sites would be intentionally excluded from allowing unit recruitment, since the same effect is already achieved by having different names for the starting sites than for found magic sites. That by itself would make them Capital only.

That isn't the same effect. #homemon and #homecom are needed to give cap only troops that can't be used by invaders. Just having different names wouldn't result in that.

Yep. Site recruitable monsters for everyone. No way to restrict that, though, so whoever controls the site gets to recruit the units.
