I guess you don't need a license to buy one of those tasers...

The type of taser this person got seems to require you to put it right against someone. I'd never want to go up against a big attacker if I'm only armed with something like that which has no long range capability. Even a knife or a stick might be more useful. And if the other guy has a knife, forget about trying to disable him with a taser. I'll try running away!
