Re: Graeme\'s Karan 48h game - need new perm sub.
Maybe we had a buggy fight.
I didn't hear about that before but it seems we are the only players with problems opening the turnfile.
sheap should stop the server. If i can find the time i'll write something to illwinter. Maybe they could check the turns.

The most likely cause for this is an error during transmission. Try to e-mail the turn files and see if it works better that way.

All right, let's try to do it.
Sheap, could we bother you to email their turns to Mal and Calmon please? Mal's nation is Caelum and Calmon's nation is Ermor. Thanks a lot and sorry for the trouble.
Guys, if Sheap do not have your addresses please PM it to him.

Re: Graeme\'s Karan 48h game - need new perm sub.
I just got the file from Sheap. I placed the turn manually and it worked fine. So it must have gotten corrupted during the transmission and JK suprmised.
Sheap is sending the file to Calmon as well, so hopefully it clears up the issue for him to.

OK I'm having this problem too. Anyone want to explain in detail how you go about playing the turn and emailing it?

Re: Graeme\'s Karan game: \"Turn file is corupted\"??
Currently the game is down. Sheap stopped it when we were having problems so that nobody missed a turn. If you have a problem opening your turn, then ask sheap to email it to you.
Once you get the the file in your email you just copy it into the game folder within your Dominions folder (usually C:Program Files\Dominions\[game name].
I don't know if there is a problem with uploading the turns once you are finished. My bet is that will work fine, but I havne't been able to test it since the server is down.
