Seems unlikely a level_5 astral mage would exist for Pythium(AI) on day_50... but then I don't know what mages they have.

That's pretty clear, since all it takes is an astral 4 Arch Theurg with a skullcap.

I imagine the developers will ask for the saved game files if they feel it's a bug.

I doubt that they'd need the saved game, since this behaviour has been known for several months now.

I had no idea other cases were reported of global enchantments remaining after the race has died.
