Comrade Paghat, Chairman of the Intelligence Directorate, today issued an announcement calling for the formation of an Anti-Emorian Crusade. In a daring speech in front of Pythium's Palace of Heroes, he called on all nations to unite in brotherhood to end the eternal threat posed by this most unholy of nations.

"Even now, this vast evil is assembling its armies for the conquest of all the land," he said. "It is time for the living to unite against the undead hordes."

"It is known that the Empires of Gath and Patala border onto Emorian lands and that the Empires of Agartha, Mictlan, and T'ien Ch'i are either already in contact with the Emorian Legions or soon will be. Ermor is located in province 188 by the reckoning of the ancients," he revealed.

"Nero, God of Shadows, knows only the hunger for living flesh and the hatred of life itself. He must be destroyed!"

It is unclear if this announcement is a serious attempt to form an anti-Emorian alliance or if it is a power play designed to solidify the Chairmain's position as he manoeuvres into position to challenge the General Secretary for the leadership position.

However, it is clear, that the sentiments expressed by Comrade Paghat, met with overwheleming approval by the toilling masses many of whom gathered outside the Palace and loudly cheered his speech.

He may have overplayed his hand, though. Comrade General Clodius, commander of the 2nd Pythium Army Group and also known as "The Proph", issued a statement from the Abyssian battlefields pointing out that only he had the authority to call for a crusade. Such disunity among the Pythium leadership cannot be good for long term prospects.

Starting late tomorrow I'll be on my way to Gen Con. While in Indianapolis I should have opportunities to submit my turns and respond to diplomatic missives. Though I can't make any guarantees. Also, it will be hardest for me to submit my turn from Tuesday Night to Wednesday Night as I should be in transit for most of the time. Just a heads up. I may delay the game several hours during that span of time.

Thats right, and considering my (Caleum) forces are there to protect my castle being built are about 1/2 the size of Jomons troops, its laughable that he accuses me of being aggressive.

Still it seems he wants to fight.......and I have no idea about Jotum attacking him as Jotum is currently at war with Ulm.....

This a bad case of jumping to conclusions...that could end badly for him.
