Re: Last Rites - First Blood! - Third Year
sorry but the Serpents give no donations. congratulations, you've just made yourself another enemy, as if you didn't have enough already... not much I can do to harm you, as you're too far away from me and almost dead anyway, but I'll at least retake the province you stole from me with your remote spell.

I always thought that it was an ermorian version of Imprint soul. But that does not explain why he would attack pythium...
The wiki say nothing about this.

@Korwin - Props to you on your 'Bob' personae. Very amusing and witty; I always enjoy his commentary.

Re: Last Rites - First Blood! - Third Year
Just a quick FYI to everyone. If LA Ermor are in the game, then there is a random event all nations (except LA Ermor) can get that causes Ermorian cultists to attack a province. I'm guessing this is the 'attack' / 'random gaining of province' thing being talked about. (note I don't think this event applies to an all era game, as the event appears to be late era only)
You can blame LA Ermor if you wish for these attacks, but they are not really at fault (unless you consider actually existing as a fault) as there is nothing they can do about it, and it is certainly not a remote attack spell they can cast. The event is actually being triggered by the scales of the player who is getting attacked. So if a player wants to blame someone for these LA Ermor attacks, then they can usually blame their own scales for them
You can see the event here in Edi's event list. It is #253.

Re: Last Rites - First Blood! - Third Year
well, don't have enough experience playing in games with LA Ermor, as I don't play LA too much and even when I do their usually banned, not to mention that I usually have more than dom5. oh well, Ermor is almost dead anyway, so it doesn't really matter...

Ermor is immortal! Undead yes, but not dead!
We have some guests in our lands.
Nothing more.

Re: Last Rites - First Blood! - Third Year
The game will host in one hour and Atlantis is set to stall yet again. Will we need a second sub for Atlantis you think? Because this is getting annoying. My first MP game went for 34 turns without anyone stalling. This one did not make it a single turn.........
