Way too much work if you want it done properly. Basically it would require a new OOB. And as you see, the designers have their hands full already.

I guess you could do a token "domobran platoon" and "domobran company" but they frankly wouldn't be much different from the Ustase (in game terms).

it just would be nice for the player who doesnt like to play with ustasa since they have kind of a bad reputation. Also they probably would have lower morale and/or experience ratings then the ustasa.

Well - you have Mobhack, so you can make your own custom OOB.

You also have the OOB swapper so you can load the official orbat if PBEM playing another human who does not want to play with your customised orbat and then swap back to your tweaked version for your own local games.

You also have the Red OOB in this case - it does for partisans in the Balkans and thereabouts. Feel free to hack about with that - it is what the "colour" OOBs are for!.

That is the whole point of Mobhack - if you want your own custom tank company with 12 tanks and the official on is 10 - you can roll your own.

We simply cannot provide everything for every OOB or deal with special needs. That is (I repeat) why you are provided with a game data editor so you can do it yourself.

Think I've found the exact date for this one - according to a monograph on a certain Dalmatian partisan unit, they mention they first used their newly-delivered PIATs as early 6/44 (for attacks on Ustaše bunkers). So quite a bit earlier than I thought.

On a side note, this is interesting since it implies the British gave priority to the Yugoslav partisans over their Italian counterparts, who only received PIATs in 8/44 or later.
