Alrighty, game has been reset all pretenders except for Proycon Lotor remain and I have deleted the Ry'Leh pretender...

As for the victory points, they weren't enabled in the first place so I think its just a map "feature" that doesn't actually line up with actual capitals...

I have disabled automatic start so if the game doesn't start overnight dont panic, im southern hemisphere and will start tomorrow

20 provinces each roughly, only a tiny amount of sea provinces.... what do you think?

Ok with a consensus of 2 I proclaim that map to be the one

. I have set up the game on llama server titled Stumble_to_Victory.

I can still alter all settings so if you have any suggestions let me know...
