Another question...
This time it has to do with installing new races into the game. What's the best way of doing this? I usually just unzip it all into a folder then put the EMP files where they belong and so on and so forth with everything, which takes a little bit of time with the AI files and such... If anyone could post the fastest way of doing this I'd be thankful... Thanks in advance.

Re: Another question...
Some modders have paths associated with their files so that when WinZip unzips the file, it places all the particular files into the appropriate directories. That's the easiest method. Besides that, there's what you described.

The only files that don't go in \Pictures\Races\<racename> are the .emp files for \Empires and <shipnames>.txt for \Dsgnname . You shouldn't be putting the <racename>_AI_<whatever>.txt files anywhere else; if you do, the race will use the Default files in \Ai because the game can't find their custom ones.

Oh ok, cool, thanks guys. I don't think I put the AI files in the actually AI data files. I don't remember what I did really. I might have ona a couple. But I won't no more. Thanks again for the help.
