It seems like the independents are weaker then i played in my solo games. Did i get strange scouting results or can the independents be weaker in multiplayer games?

The independent settings are at normal.... of course, variations can happen, and/or scouts returning odd reports.

Immaculate: Don't worry too much, one of my first (if not my first one) MP game was with LA Caelum also. They were fun to play with, but I didn't get too far with them. It's a complicated nation
