Battle Replay crashes

I have a usually fairly stable system. However, Betelgeuse replays *consistently* crash my system to reboots.

SP never does. Is anyone else have similar problems?

I had two large battle replays crash to desktop in Madness with CBM 1.41b. It would consistently crash in the same place halfway through the battle. I couldn't find any relevant error messages even in the log. I sent one of the turns to Illwinter but I have not heard anything since then.
