Bug: Gath Heroine

I was playing LA Gath and recieved a female Heroine named Tirza.
From the description her name is Sabba and she is a most accomplished diviner and healer yet she hasn't these abilities.
Is this a bug? I saw it once in the BUG short list and thought it was green. Couldn't find it again. Is this supposed to be fixed.

If I new what accomplished translated to in percentage I would fix her myself in a mod. I never come across the Tirza name either so is her name random, Tirza, or Sabba?
