Vampire Nation ? And general questions

A few questions:
I havent played each nation in every age yet, but is there a nation which has a vampire-flair / theme to it ?

- I remember reading about a Dom 3 Balance mod. Where is it located ?

- I know there is a way to save / reload commander orders (i.e. copy/paste the same spell-queue). How does that work ? Been too long since i played D2.

- Repeat orders from last turn. Same thing as above, i know its possible, but i dont remember which key.

- I know i can queue up as many units for recruitment as my gold fits. However, i can only queue one commander. Is there a way to queue up several commander recruits for the next turns ?

From base nations, LA Ulm, Black Forest. If you start with a pretender with at least Blood 3 and Death 3, you can start summoning Vampires Counts from turn 0. Your national mages don't have the magic for that.
There are also at least two mods with vampire themes.

Conceptual Balance Mod. Go to the maps, mods etc subforum.

Ctrl-1, Ctrl-2 etc save orders. To spesify which orders, hold mouse over the orders. Reload the order by pressing the number you saved them in, e.g. 1 or 2.

There's no way to queue commanders.
