OK i think now are enough players in.

Now we have 2 options:
-start 3.01 with the HoH mod so that he is no problem
-or wait an undefined time for the next patch

What about those early deathmatches? Bandar Log is not apt to have a decent (any, really) commander to spare before 10 turns, and deathmatch can come up in the first few turns.

Looking at the victory conditions, I would suggest doubling the victory points for victory. This is a HUGE map and by turn 25 there will be several veteran players with flying armies. And there will be several new players who are totally outclassed. I think That with the current settings, the game will end pre-maturely. If the host is sure he wants the current VP's we should probably play on ta smaller map. Faerun is HUGE!

I agree.

With 21 conquered victory points the game could be still undecided. I higher number would be good (even with the good NPC defence on most of the VPs)

I am cool with that. I like that the map is big, because perhaps I'll last longer than ten turns this time.

Arco has won the upper hand again in our "own little war"--permanently this time, I fear.

I have had a fun and instructive time fighting you--good game.

And thanks to the "big boys" for letting us fight it out. A number of you could have taken either one, or both of us, out before now.

The apes and monkeys will fight on, but not for much longer, so I bid farewell to you all now.

For how long where you fighting each other? you where at war when my scouts first spotted you about 40 turns ago.

What turn is it now? I want to say we have been fighting since about turn 10 or so.
