Low Tech Mod Test Game #2

All right, I think I've got this mod working pretty well now... anyone up for a test game?

To PBW admins: please install mod version 0.2.0 (it's in the PBW file library now) and set Low Tech Mod Test Game #2 (not #1) to use the new version!
