It's an aussie company, but Ive found them to be quite reliable.
Never a down moment. Only $5.10AU ($2.99-4.99 USD dependent on exchange rate) a month, with scalable billing dependent on usage.

I don't know what the needs of SEnet are, but have you checked out DreamHost?
I have never used them so I don't know about their service. But their features don't look too bad. I was contemplating trying them out for a couple months to see if they are any good.
