Keyboard commands

The keyboard command menu brought up by the ? key isn't complete. Could someone direct me to a list, heh or at least tell me how to make the DomII run in windowed mode and how you move and patrol(the single command for a turn, not the commands to do each seperately)

for move and patrol move into the province with your castle, then you can change the order to move and patrol.

for window mode add --window behind your executable.
e. g. C:\dominions2\dom2.exe --window

Windowed mode is alt-return. Change window is alt-tab.
