Mod: Pirates and Nomads 3.1b or 3.1PBW (depending on how many players show up will decide if we have computers or not)

if .emp is an empire file, yes. create your empire before hand.

All right, how many race points? (0/2K/3K/5K) And does it matter which Version of P&N (PBW or not) we use to create the file?
