It takes a lot of practice, time, and an eye for detail Narf. Just keep playing around with it and remember to use a lot of smaller parts to make the larger ones as opposed to using larger parts.

Hey twas my pleasure. When you get going on making ships and such, start by usign a model that you can copy. If you have an old Star Wars ship laying around use that as your model and create a ship based off it.
It is a lot easier to have something as a source than to come up with things from scratch when your first starting out.
I love the scratch ones as they are often my best work, but no one can deny that the EDF came out rather well.

You could upload it to ftp://imagemodserver.mine.nu/uploads and I'll move it to a spot where it can be seen and downloaded again.
That should do until shrapnel has their uploading system in place.
