Boarding party + Physical strength

Here is a question: Does a races physical strength effect its boarding parties? It makes sense to me it would

Not sure if this has been asked before, I didn't see anything obvious when I searched..

No, it does not. Physical Strength only affects Ground Combat.

Moo2 system was better IMHO.

Yeah... there are a lot of things MOO2 did better than SE4. Maybe Aaron will take notice?
