ATTN: All my PBW/Online games
Sorry for the holdup, I had a minor family crisis. I should have time to get my turns caught up tonight after work. I hope I wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

Re: ATTN: All my PBW/Online games
Both the wife and the kid had the upchucks. Needless to say that I was running a little short on sleep. And with OT all weekend long at work, it doesn't look like I'm gonna get much rest anytime soon.
But they are both feeling better now, if not well, so I should have a little more time to myself again...

Well that's good to hear, at least.
Nausea-inducing stomach flu's SUCK.

To prevent this in the future, keep a ship with the Medical Bay component in orbit over your house. Also, being on emergency build for one weekend means you should be on slow build for the next one, so don't worry about that. Unless your employer is using the Clear Queue eb exploit, in which case you need to upgrade him to v1.84.
Hope this helps,
-spoon

Re: ATTN: All my PBW/Online games
Spoon: Actually, my employer is suffering from a recently discovered bug: overcompensation of a problem due to extreme lack of common sense. It's a fairly common problem in corporate management, but mine seems to have had a recent flare-up.
To make a long story short, when K-mart (the company's 6th biggest customer) went belly up Last year, RSC was left holding $10 million worth of inventory without any immediate customers to dump it off on... er, I mean sell it to. This happened right before the year end inventory.... So this year, the corporate geniuses (oxymoron?) decided to only manufacture product "Just In Time" to fill the orders. (the ever popular "JIT policy"). Problem is, they overcompensated, and now we are working lots of overtime just to fill the orders on time. There are several products at our factory alone that are going straight from the factory line into waiting trucks for shipment to the customer. Not a good way to do business, IMHO. But what do I know; after all, I don't work in the corporate office, so I must not know much....
/end rant
ANYWAY, the reason I'm ressurecting this thread is to make an announcement. I will be away on vacation soon, and was hoping that my games could be put on alpu. I'll be gone from March 14th to March 25th.
My current games are:
Junkyard Wars 2
Adamant 4
History of the Galaxy 2
Big Fat Zero 3
BFZ4
Horrible Doom
Thanx in advance. If ALPU is out of the question, just let me know on the game forum.

Gee, you've been around here a while, dumbluck, and you still don't have an avatar... don't you want one?

HEHE Look who's taking. Am I the only one who can't see Ed's avatar? I don't think it shows up on my home computer either.

Really you can't see it? Maybe it is your browser.
Ed's has a really cool, (and unique), red x on a white backround.
