Re: Scenarios and/or Campaigns for 2023
....so with everything that's been going on nobody has built a scenario for MBT at all this year?

Re: Scenarios and/or Campaigns for 2023
I sent you one for an invasion of Fiery Cross "island".
Still working on Hue 1968. Trying to condense 2 months of fighting into a single scenario is "interesting".

Re: Scenarios and/or Campaigns for 2023
Anything anyone wanted to have added to the update was to be put here so I don't have to go hunting for them in different threads..... That's why I posted this thread.
Yes, I have the Fiery Cross Reef. It's the only one submitted aside from one titled "NATO INTERVENES!" last July so right now I have two ( 2 ) new scenarios submitted

I've been very unproductive this year. Still trying to fix that old Belgian vs Poland scenario from way back when...
...a little short on scenario ideas too...
Lots of fog of war in Ukraine too. Some of the things that seem to happen there do not make sense. What's up with the Russian Kamikaze Bakhmut Banzai charges?

It appears to be an innovative way to deal with prison overcrowding.....make Ukraine run out of bullets the "hard way"..... after all it's not Putins son at the front ......also, it would appear basic tactical refinements made by "modern" armies to minimize casualties since ww2 are not taught at Frunze Military Academy. Falling back on old habits is easy. Welcome to 1942 comrade.... The more things change the more they stay the same

Re: Scenarios and/or Campaigns for 2023
I still have 25 MBT and 5 WW2 scenarios, 2 MBT CG and 3 WW2 CG, that I started on two years ago sitting on my hard drive. I have not had the energy, focus and drive to bring them to completion in all that happen to my family since then. Eventually those three items will fill back up again and I can get them to a state where Tom can take a crack at them.
If only I had my mind of now and my body of my 20s ...

Re: Scenarios and/or Campaigns for 2023
Today I will stop adding more to the game and start checking the few new scenarios for both games I have, then finish the GG write-up, which shouldn't take long as the number of "big" changes we have made to the code is not as significant as other years. More effort has been put into the Ukraine OOB than anything and there are no "gee whiz!" code changes
So HOPEFULLY the updates will be ready by months end......maybe.

Re: Scenarios and/or Campaigns for 2023
@Suhiir,
Why the heck your scenario 533 starts with 2 Spec Forces boats near the island out in the open with NO COVER or Smoke? They are sitting ducks. As soon as you move them they get deleted....smh. I know in real life SF don't do suicide charges. Seems like this scenario needs to be seriously revised.
