Freyburgs left hook..REVISED

Attached is the revision of the revision of the revision of the revision ( etc etc ) of the Freyburg campaign

It now displays the end of campaign screen and when played does not dump Brit tanks into the German lines. There are still duplicate formation letters but it does not seem to have any ill effects on the game. All wrecks have been removed as they seemed to be the main problem and with all the shuffling and reshuffling of units something was bent out of shape so I ended up having to delete most of the units and rebuild to fit the space available in the file structure.

HOPEFULLY, someone someday will actually get to it as a DV is required in the third battle to get to the "problem child" scenario #4 but if you do it works now and ends the campaign correctly and slot 38 is it's new permanent home.
