Error report, obat 27 (Belgium)

Unit 059 (M75 APC) from obat 27 (Belgium) has a speed of 15, which may be too slow. Note that unit 388 from obat 12 (the US Army's M75) has a speed of 24. A quick check of Wikipedia shows that the M75 had a speed of 43mph, comparable to the M113's speed of 42mph.
