Fatigue doubling of Storm and Rain

The wiki states "If rainstorm, fire spells cost double fatigue."
But when is a storm also a rainstorm?
And does this stack with Rain?

Does it pop the Mistform?

As to the first, yeah, I think so. Rather I think it has rain effects. Not stacking.

As to the second, only if it hits.

Rain doubles the fatigue of fire spells, and Storm includes Rain. i.e. if there is a storm it will always rain as well.

Earthquake is a Mundane attack. So it is just like being hit with a non-magical weapon. Therefore Mistform will only rarely be popped by Earthquake - most units will take just 1 damage and keep their Mistform.
