Summary:
This is an EA game allowing less powerful EA nations only, see score chart for remaining players. There is 3 main contender and 2 lesser nations remaining (half the size of main contenders), 1 of the main contender Yomi has Arcane Nexus up. Ulm is one of the lesser nations and has been at peace with its neighbor since turn 40+ (A Long long time), it is currently still at peace and not in any war. Subs of any level welcomed to this interesting scenario.

Currently the only active war is between Yomi and Marveni, which is only via raiding since they are not neighbors (Yomi has AN up), everyone else is at peace currently and looks like NAP everywhere.
