Default real (in numbers) damage from spells?

1.Is there a database of spells damage in numbers (how much potentially, range, the spell can damage)?
2.There was a mod (I saw it smewhere 2 years ago) which shows real numbers in spell description, though I never installed it, so don't know if it exists...Maybe someone knows what I can speak about?
3. The same - database from effects (including damage) from items?

1. Here: http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/showthread.php?t=36617

2. Don't know

3. Edi's DB (see his .sig) has all the secondary effects from weapons, in the weapons tab, if that's what you are looking for. If it's a spell effect from an item, you can find it in #1.
