how to make a "test" battles?
Hi
I was wondering if there is any chance to have a saved game file, for 2 human players, in which I can test different tactics. Modded that way I can summon everything, forge everything, can have all kinds of SCs avaible etc.
The only thing I need is to "hire" for example a Thatarian warrior, without affliction, give him desired items, script him, order to move to the opponents province, then I have to switch to another player, create the army I wish to face the above SC, script it and see the results.
Can you help guys?

Re: how to make a "test" battles?
You could use Gandalf's simulator map, this thread has an explanation:

To create armies, commanders, and items, you use map commands.
You might also want to use the "easyspell" mod to have everything researched:

Re: how to make a "test" battles?
I made this just for you and anyone else who wants to test out stuff.
Here is the main excerpt from the readme on how the mod works:
The way this works:
"Play an Existing Game and choose BattleTest. You have all spells researched and 20 implementers who can wish for any units you want. You can cast Gift of Reason, wish for money, units, or items."
So really it's a saved game with everything researched and implementers on both sides. Very easy to install too.
You play it like hotseat with a nation called Red Realm vs. Blue Realm. All you have to do is wish, summon, or forge anything you want. If you an SC just wish him up. The greatest drawback is it will be kind of aggravating to wish up a bunch of chaff troops--I wish you could copy orders of the map view, but I don't think you can.
For your needs though, it is a thing of beauty.
