Random question about non-water nation water PD

So I've been playing LA Mictlan and they are really easy to get into the ocean but became curious what units I'd actually get for ocean PD. Either in it's in the manual and I haven't found it yet or it's not there Does it matter for the nation? It seemed I got some Atlantis-type units but that may just be from LA Mictlan being kind of a mix of Atlantis anyway.

LA Mictlan gets Atlantean units as, I assume, does LA Atlantis.

Most land nations can't build PD underwater at all.
I think Agartha is the only other exception.

Just to hijack the thread for a related gripe: It would be nice, and thematic, if LA Mictlan would be able to build Atlantean units in underwater castles. The PD troops, at least, and maybe Rain Priests. It would fit well with the Atlanteans regaining the ocean from R'lyeh goal.
The codebase should allow it, R'lyeh has different units on land.

Speaking of different units on land:

EA Oceania. Underwater I've got a scout that can go on land. Why can't I recruit them on land?????
