Daughter of Typhon
This is the LA Pythium's biggest summon.. it takes a whole lot of time to get there and is pretty resource intensive.. with that said, my questions are why is she not a commander and why doesnt she get a head slot given her immortal head?
Oh, and on hydras in general, why do they sometimes fail to heal after battle? Once that happens they are pretty well toast and they are kindof expensive to begin with..

Re: Daughter of Typhon
THere is one form of the hydra that has a missed returnform. If one more hed is lost it should regenerate all after battle. THis is fixed in the upcoming patch IIRC.

Re: Daughter of Typhon
The problem only happens if they end the battle in one form so losing another head will fix it. How to lose just one head in a battle is left as an exercise for the readers.

Re: Daughter of Typhon
I was wondering if I could request Recuperation for her? She has an immortal head, but unfortunately doesn't get one of the better Immortality powers(losing afflictions).

Re: Daughter of Typhon
Don't all of her heads have immortality? They probably should.

Good call there. The shapechanges might cause her to lose afflictions, but I think that's some kind of a bug, so she should have Recuperation as well.
I don't know how shapechanges and affliction loss work, exactly, but I remember Machakan mages might lose afflictions when changing into spiders or back.

Then they would return home as soon as one head was lost unless I'm mistaken.

Re: Daughter of Typhon
I don't think so, since they don't actually die. Could do with a test I guess.

Re: Daughter of Typhon
I thought that they died, like a cat with nine lives.
