Minor UI Improvement
Wouldn't it be nice if during the item creation menu, it showed you your gem income per type when you moused over their icons? It'd help a lot in deciding what items to make, and I often find myself having to switch back and forth between menus to determine how many gems I'll have next turn, etc.

Re: Minor UI Improvement
Hmm, that would be helpful. I have also noticed that the manual does not list the gem cost for items, which irks me to no end. Perhaps you should post in the Dom 4 wish-list. It is very long, but hopefully it will be taken into account if and when the time comes.

It lists the path requirements and the amount of gems spesific level in a path takes. From page 263:
level 1: 5 gems/slaves
level 2: 10 gems/slaves
level 3: 15 gems/slaves
level 4: 25 gems/slaves
level 5: 40 gems/slaves
level 6: 65 gems/slaves
level 7: 90 gems/slaves
level 8: 115 gems/slaves
level 9: 140 gems/slaves

Re: Minor UI Improvement
Funny how it's a good Fibonacci series right up to the highest value actually used and then goes wonky. Maybe that page was written on April 1st?

Re: Minor UI Improvement
IIRC It was pure fibonacci in dom2, but it turned out to be a bit too high in the end lvls. Now that I look at it I don't see why anymore. Might be that it wasn't fibonacci at all.

Re: Minor UI Improvement
This is also applicable to the ritual spell casting menu, too.

Re: Minor UI Improvement

Re: Minor UI Improvement
Aha, ok. Now I remember: it's the research that is fibonacci.
