When does haveshiprace trigger?
The questions are really intended for Fingers, but anyone who knows the answers (or a partial answer) should feel free to jump in.
When does haveshiprace trigger?
Does it need an encounter or homeworld trigger?
Are there other CONDITIONs it works with?
I'd previously thought it triggered as soon as you have a ship of the given race, but either that's not true or I have something else going wrong in this quest. Currently I've got it's only CONDITION being haveshiprace garthan, and yet no matter how many times I pick up the Bloodfang, nothing happens.
