I'm far from certain, but it would appear to be a damage report on some vessle or other - engines, weapons, core, and command separated out for individual systems damage, as well as an armor/shield/energy/supplies/whatever indicator.

edit: ooh, today's prize is Dom2! I guess it's good I never bothered to enter before - while I already have Dom2, it seems to be one of the more, ahem, valuable prizes, and I'm sure I could convince at least one of my brothers or someone I know to play multiplayer!
