full screen crash

Getting the following message when trying to load game in full screen:
Sal Error

directdraw could not be initialized errorcode88760233

You need directdraw for running the game.Take a look at the properties of your video card and set the hardware acceleration to the max or near it.

ok i got the latest drivers from NVidia, now i can access the game in full screen. The problem i have is as soon as i move the mouse, everything becomes pixilated, garbled. Definitely a video card issue. Any hint?

Are you getting the same problem if you run it in windowed mode? - if so, definately a video card problem.

We havent seen that one before, at all.

Have you run dxdiag to see what the DirectX Diagnostic tool says?

Start->Run dxdiag [enter]
See if there seem to be any problems reported by the utilty.
