Default Seeking Arrow question

Does anyone know if the damage from multiple seeking arrows is cumulative? For example, if I send 5 seeking arrows against a province which only has 1 enemy commander, who has something like 30 HP, is there a chance he will die, or will each arrow do a max of 15 dam and this be reset in between arrows? Does that make sense? and does anyone know?

Healing happens only once per turn, in the very end. So yes, multiple Seeking Arrows' damage will be cumulative, and visible in any and all battles that commander will participate in.

Keep in mind that protection, luck(Presumably), etherealness and whatnot are applied to each and every arrow. If the commander has a high chance of taking no damage(Or negligible damage) at all from individual arrows, this sort of stratagem could end up costing you substantially more than it's worth.
