I am having a problem downloading saved games. Every time I tried to a new web browser opened and the saved game was not downloaded. Could you please tell me if there is something I can do to get past this error.

i am not sure what you mean, but if you want to download DOM2 Savegames from played DOM2 Ladder games, here is the link to the download site :

I am sorry for not explaining better. I am using a Mac Os X computer and when I tried to download the saved games a new window opened showing a bunch of numbers and letters and the game did not get downloaded.

Have you registered? You have to go to www.the-battlefield.com and register before the save-game link will work.
