Does a sea fortress drain resources from adjacent land provinces which are controlled by the fortress owner? Or just adjacent sea provinces?

Because conquering lots of land doesn't seem to add to my resources when playing ry'leh.

I believe it's a design choice. Most landlubbers aren't amphibians and can't send their trade goods 1000 feet deep.

I test it once and it didn't work in either direction, i.e., a sea fortress can't get resource from land and vise versa.

That's new, right? Or is it a bug?

It's 'always' (since Dom 1) been that way.
