Can\'t wait...
Really looking forward to this one.
I see the demo is supposed to be out next week. Will it give you a taste of the modability of the game? My favorite feature of Space Empires is it's modability. But unfortunatly (I think anyway) you can't really see that from the demo for it.

My biggest question is: "STORY?"

Re: Can\'t wait...
I am interested in modability also. I just got Dungeon Siege about 2 weeks ago and found that it is modable. My SE4G time has gone to zero because I spend all my time on Dungeon Siege, playing it then modding it then playing some more. If Dungeon Odyssey is like that it should be a good to great game. I am looking forward to the demo so I can see how it compares.

Re: Can\'t wait...
This looks great! Can't wait. I love playing Angband so this looks very much like it with better graphics. I can't wait to see how you can mod it. Should be a bLast to play!!!

Re: Can\'t wait...
I'm certainly looking forward to a new fantasy game; maybe I can even get my girlfriend to play this one...

Re: Can\'t wait...
I hope:
1. There's a decent movement interface (NOT clicking on awkwardly oriented buttons with the mouse) that does not involve the numeric keypad, because I'm using a laptop. (OK, I *could* set some of my regular keys to act like a numeric keypad, but then they're slanted...) Hm, how about "left click somewhere to try to move there"?
2. It's not one of those RPG's where you have to compulsively save and reload... that's the reason I don't play CRPG's anymore is because I'm so compulsive! Nethack and ADOM are OK though, because it doesn't take as long to play... hope this game is kind of like those in that way...

Re: Can\'t wait...
When is the demo going to come out? I'm dying to try this thing. I LOVE games that can make random levels. The icons look alot like the ones in Angband. I'm sure the controls will work out fine.

Re: Can\'t wait...
Movement is done by left-clicking where you want to go.
