Storm Abilities
How does the storm ability that disrupts shields work? If I have a ship with shield regenerators, will they begin to refill the shields in combat? How about chrystaline armor?
What about the storm ability that decreases to-hit bonuses? Do the effects of these minus-to-hit storms stack in the same sector?

Re: Storm Abilities
It affects the maximum shield points, not the starting shield points.
Storms with negative shield disruption will give shield points to ships without generators.

Re: Storm Abilities

In mods that have them, yes.

Re: Storm Abilities
Can you generate a storm on top of a warp point? i.e. another way of protecting your borders?
Wildcard

Re: Storm Abilities
Yes, you can make storms in the same sector as warp points. You can put more than one in the same place, too.

Re: Storm Abilities
So what about stacking to-hit penalties?

Luckily you can no more create 250 storms in one turn... It was annoying.

Might as well test it, since noone seems to know.
