Van Gogh? Never heard of it - must be a local microbrew.

duel details
As per Proposition 26, I get to choose the Province and King Joke du Marignon gets to choose whether we fight alone or with one other unit and whether we fight naked or with magical items.
I choose Anremark. Three out of four spies that were caught were caught in Anremark, and I want the good people of Anremark -- most of whom are proper Sak worshippers -- to witness the living disproof of the spy's whispers!

In any case - I expect things may be getting more lively, as I expect at least one of three nations will be unhappy with my eating their knights. ( Just bellyflopped into an independent province half a dozen away from my nearest lands; while I'm sure someone may've been counting on it for their own, I have taken advantage of the charter stating that such provinces are first come, first claimed. )

Come to think of it, I am upset that you killed those knights - I had been using them to, er, "train" the local volunteer militia. I found I needed to pay them considerably less after they were "well trained" by the knights.

Amazingly enough, there is a small resemblance.

I may not be the Chairwyrm, but I do not see how this claim is accurate. The exact words from Prop 26 are:
"I hereby proposition that this Wyrm shall be obligated to engage in a DUEL with Me, Sak of the Raptors, in a province free of Provincial Defenders."
How does this give you the right to choose the location? Being on defense and having the first move is pretty big advantage. There may have to be a ruling from the chair on this issue. We also need to hear from King Jack on the subject.
On a side note, I think it is great that you found the offending spies. This means your claims were definitely valid. I also note that getting a LOT of magic on your wyrm seems like a good idea right now.

Re: duel details
Seems that the other members of the council should vote on a province - if one of the Wyrms doesn't show up there, that Wyrm defaults and is rogue. Oh my - one of them can teleport, and one can't?
